The store will offer artisanal enogastronomical products of high quality, carefully selected during trips and visits to local and regiona purveyors.
There will be a space for exposition where the personnel will address every curiosity of the clients. From the display patrons can select and taste a varety of specialties, from salami to cheeses and even fish. They may also buy portions to take away, ready made dishes and panini, to pair with wines and beers sometimes offered for tastings. A solution to meet the needs of quality food lovers who do not have enough time nor the right place to satisfy their palate.
‘Ino is a “receptacle of people”, every product will have a tale, made of people, artisanal procedures, ancient rituals, places and traditions.
Food and wine are culture, they are part of Italian roots, and good products to eat and drink can stimulate and fulfil our search for pleasure.
A moment to rest, an escape from everyday worries through flavours and tastes for our senses, to discover that even a simple “lunch break” can be an experience of life and an opportunity for knowledge.
We will bring to you in an amusing and innovative way the old culinary experience of street food, of stand up eating that does not mean lack of quality in the ingredients or incertainty of their origins. A kind of “self-made panino” choosing your own ingredients from the display: salami, cheeses, fish and sauces of any kind, the same products that can be bought . There will be also a “gourmet kit” prepared for pic-nics with all the necessary ingredients for a meal or even the “signature panino” created by chefs using the products choosen for the store.
Customers will have a complete experience in the gastronomical universe, including visits to purveyors and theme evenings, to name a few of the many initiatives that will surround a new way of living and knowing quality food.
